Reseda Blvd. South of the Hwy. 118 (Ronald Reagan Fwy.)
Every time I exit the 118 at Reseda Blvd, there is a bike cop hiding between parked cars with a radar, mostly on the east side but sometimes on the west, he is giving out many tickets every day.
