Rinaldi St. westbound approaching Wilbur
Traveling westbound on Rinaldi between Reseda and Wilbur, there is a slight hill approaching Wilbur. A police car sits just east of Wilbur (north side of Rinaldi) clocking vehicles as they crest the hill. The hill obscures the police car until it’s too late to slow.
