Right across from Eagles is a church, cops will sit in parking lot beside the church where u cant see them if u are driving east bound, west bound can see them and will beable to slow down in time but the will get u everytime driving to fast east bound

I had an Allen Co. Judge tell me that Robb Ave. generates the most traffic citations in Lima.
