Route 53 Road near Grandview Avenue
Saw on several occasions, a police car stopped and parked at the top of the hill, Grandview and Route 53. Actually blocking people leaving Granview to turn onto Route 53. I’ve had to basically, put it in reverse and back up, turnaround and go to a different street. Very odd but I’ve seen the car (SUV) at that spot several times. Just happen to be behind it and it was not moving for no one!
