If you're within the town limits, you're fair game. Now that Anderson Road is blocked, they've moved over to Westminster where the cop admitted to us on the side of the road "this intersection is a gold mine." I'd take Post north before I'd drive through that town. They're ready and waiting to nail you for any and everything to get the money.
