Rt 28 South starts a long hill just before this junction.If
you don’t really hit the brakes you will not be able to slow
enough through this intersection. Out of state plates are especially subject to enforcement

This is absolutely not a speed trap. The decrease in speed for this blind intersection is well marked by at least two signs at the top of the hill which is 1/2 mile before. If you are too blind to see the signs warning you of the decreased speed and blind intersection, you probably shouldn't be driving at all.
