Russell Parkway is a 4 lane thruway, that runs into Robins AFB. Posted speed is 35MPH, they will stop you for anything for that.

Houston Rd does not connect anywjere near Russell Pkwy
No...but Russell pkwy is South of Houston Road's termination point. A straight line from Houston Rd. to Russell would bring it about 500 to 1000 feet west of Kimberly Road. This is about the right area for this 35 MPH speed trap. S. Houston Lake road has a different speed trap from the 55 MPH stretch of Russell between I-75 and S. Houston Lake, where it drops to 45, then it drops again around Corder Rd. down to 35, and from Corder to Moody they're bad about nailing people, especially in that Stretch from the Light at Burns and the light at Kimberly.
