S. Federal Boulevard near S. Decatur Street
He sits just north of the Public Storage units hidding behind a tree and the PS sign. He will catch you going north and Federal where the speed limit is 35MPH. It is hard to go that slow on a two lane road that needs to be faster.

Sheridan cops/city leaders did this after a child was seriously injured by someone going the old speed limit of 40. Some speed limits are there for a reason. Once you pass the school zone you go back to 40 on Federal to make it up the next hill.
By the way I got busted by photo radar going 40 in a 30 on 6th Ave. It also has 2 lanes in both directions.
