S Quebec St between E Yale Ave. and E Dartmouth Ave.
For the northbound lanes, an officer will be standing out of his hidden patrol car at Quebec and E Cornell Ave. and clocking cars. He will then radio ahead to a group of generally 3-4 other patrol cars who will make the stop. The posted speed is 30 mph. These guys pull over a HUGE number of people, so northbounders slow down between Dartmouth and Yale.
