Saints Avenue near Exit Number Waverly Exit
Just past the Waverly N 218 exit on the way into Cedar Falls just before the 1st bridge. There is a reduced speed limit from 55 to 45 then to 35(past the bridge)I have seen a lot of people pulled over. They like to hide in the grassy medians. I have also seen them pull people over heading south right before the George Wyth/Airport exit.

The road you are describing is NOT Saints Ave (Hwy 27), but is actually Hwy 57 which becomes 1st street in Cedar Falls. The Avenue of the Saints NEVER slows down to 35 mph.
