SE 122nd Ave between Hogate/Foster
Photo radar. Saw this twice in November. 30mph zone in what looks like a business district (four lanes of traffic). Tracking people going southbound.

Drivers often assume 4 lanes means 45 or more MPH. It isn't true for Powell, Division, Stark, Glisan, and it isn't true here. There are residential neighborhoods on either side of 122 and attendant vehicle and pedestrian traffic, as well as Springwater Trail crossing here. Heed the signs that are posted.
But you know the cops know that people assume it's faster, so they put the radar there to collect revenue.
