Secor Road near Kirkwall Road
The Ottowa Hills P.D. very frequently parks on Kirkwall (a sidestreet off of Secor between Central and Bancroft) at dusk through the late night. They usually have their lights off – even at night – and pull people over on both the northbound and southbound sides of the road.
