Sepulveda Boulevard near State Highway 405
The "fast" part of Sepulveda, between Ventura blvd and Wilshire, is nearly ALL a speed trap. The posted speed limits are more than 5MPH below the 85th Percentile (critical) speed. I have seen the surveys and this is confirmed. The police routinely set up radar at the 405 entrance/exit near the Getty on a hidden turn. Any ticket given there WILL NOT STAND UP IN COURT. I have beat 4 of them. This road is a speed trap.
