Serano Boulevard near High Crest Street
They are motor cycle cops that usually back into the entrance of the gated communities so they can’t be seen. The speed limit is 40 miles per hour and the street is all down hill so you must ride your brake for a few miles. This street is large and wide and all the homes back up to it, so there are no front yards with children playing etc. The speed limit is way too slow and I see people getting tickets on a regular basis.
