Shepherd Avenue near Sommerville Avenue
On Shepherd between Chestnut and Maple. Looks like they hide either behind Food For Less or in the Church parking lot. Usually people are stopped going Westbound, but occasionally there are people pulled over next to Selma Lane Park.
