Slater Park Drive near Pond on the left
Speedtrap is in Slater Park. Driving in the park along the one-way road that runs along the pond, there is a hill. The speed limit is not posted. As you accelerate to go over the hill you will immediatly see one or more police cruisers at the bottom. They will not be using radar but will be ‘visually’ checking for speeders. The officer(s) are standing outside their cars and walk into the road to stop vehicles. The first time I was stopped and given a warning and told the limit was 15 mph and that in the future they will be giving tickets. The speed limit is posted about 200′ down the road after you have already been stopped.
