South 31st Street near Between 62nd Ave S and 54th Ave S
Early morning rush hour. Plain clothes officer sits at bus stop with radar gun and gets people heading north. The road is a four lane with no schools or any other hazards. 45 is a normal safe speed through this area but the limit is 35. A pack of units sit hidden up the road and pull many people, writing citations in the shopping center parking lot at the north corner of this area. A total speedtrap. An unnecessary waste of officer’s time and a hassle to locals trying to get to work or kids to school.
