South Bend, Washington
After coming around a curve going 40 mph I could see the town about a 1/2 mile ahead so I slowed to 25mph. (the speed changed from 55 to 30) Obviously it was not my intention to speed but I got a ticket for going 40 for about 100 feet..Don’t spend a dime in a town like this…

So, I live here in South Bend, and at no point in South Bend does the speed limit change from 55 to 30. There is always a 40 mph transition zone in there somewhere. Just saying.
