This speed trap is not used very often, but I see it used about once a month or so (I live in the immediate vicinity). A cop car sits in the entrance to a new development of cluster homes on the South side of Whitney Rd., called The Schneider Reserve. The cop usually uses K- or Ka-type radar, so you can pick him up from a long distance if you have a radar detector. The cop usually guns toward the West, into the oncoming Eastbound traffic on Whitney.
