This is one of the biggest speed traps around Michigan. On Southfield expressway (M-39) between Outer Drive, and Rotunda Drive. The Allen Pk, police have a car sitting on the Outer Drive bridge with a radar gun aimed down at the traffic going South, and Northbound on M-39. The officer on the bridge calls ahead to the 2 to 5 police cars waiting on M- 39 below, to let them know which motorist to pull over for speeding, or what ever. This usually happens around rush hour morning, and evening traffic. And almost always on the weekends. Allen Park, is well know for this trap.
