Southfork Road near State Highway 288
Southfork between CR-89 and TX-788. Sherrif Deputies heavily patrol this road especially during rush hours and hide around corners and low-foliage trees. Speed limit is 30mph for a 4-lane divided road- about 15mph lower than most traffic drives.

this is not a speed trap zone! The road was first made years ago as a through-road within a residential subdivision, and was not designed for speeds above 30 mph. It has two lanes in each direction, and is divided by raised island mediums, but travel is really noticeably rougher at 40 and
above. In bad weather, this could cause accidents from loss of control.
