Spring Street near State Highway 94
This is on Spring St. going South off of highway 94 east, towards the highway 8. Cops park at the Henry’s Marketplace in the morning, speed limits are an unreasonalbe 35mph. Coming off of a slight down hill, cops will fish and reel you in.
