St. Charles Road near State Highway I-290
Coming off of 290 going east on St. Charles Road, Hillside police like to sit just behind or just ahead of the ramp. The speed limit is 30 mph on St. Charles Rd., but because you are coming around the curve off the highway you will proably be going much faster.

This may or may not be a speed trap. I have seen State Police sitting on top of the overpass of the I20, I have also seen Berkeley Police sitting there . Both in plain sight, however this is not and never has been Hillside. If your heading E/B off the I-290 onto St. Charles Rd. then it's State Police, Cook County Police & Berkelry Police, If your heading W/B off the I-290 onto St. Charles Rd It's State Police, DuPage County Police & Elmhurst Police. Know your location before you accuse the wrong police Dept for a speed trap that is not theirs.
Hillside Jurisdiction starts on Taft Ave at Electric Ave on the East side of Taft Ave only.
