I guarantee this to be a speed trap 100%. The design of the road, the openness, the changing elevation all make it almost impossible to roll along at 50km/h. The police sit either in one of several driveways on the north side of the road or on the street just before yonge st across from the blue lawyer's office building. It's pathetic - a true cash cow for the region!
