Motorcycles hide in the corner "plazas" looking to pick off drivers who go too fast, run the red light, or make CA stops. Several motorcycle units also hide nearby with LIDAR guns. Speed limits are an absurdly low 40, as traffic usually moves along at 45-50 MPH.
