State Highway 191 near US Highway 491

Driving north on 191, appeared to be out of town, speed increased from 30 to 40. Got nabbed at 40 mile sign for speeding up 20 feet too early.

I have been passing this area for 30 years and I was nabbed at the same place. In fact I was stopped at the 40 mph sign. 45 in a 30. I always stopped in Monticello to rest, fill up and eat. I will NEVER stop there again. Entrapped in Monticello
