24 itself is a hotbed of CHP activity. Watch out especially for those pesky little CHP Camaros. Even worse than 24, though are the communities of Moraga, Orinda and Lafayette. All the cops have radar, and I think the whole area is surveyed. My advice is drive like a grandman, drive a Lexus, and for God’s sake, turn on the radar detector! {don’t ask me about the driving like a grandman and Lexus things. It must be a California thing. because it makes no sense to me}
