State Highway 305 near Winslow Way
They like to park at Vineyard place and tag people coming up the hill from the Ferry… be wary… the speed limit changes to 40 before you get to them… a friend was written for doing 45 in a 30, but by the time she was gunned, it was already a 40…. FYI
