State Highway 31W near Slaters Creek Road
Millersville PD loves to catch you coming out of the local gas station sitting on the intersecting corner and then claim you came from the street and give you a ticket for not using your turn signal. Last time I looked, it wasn’t illegal to not signal leaving a gas station.
