State Highway 520 near 148th Avenue
Cop sits out of site under the 148th Avenue NE overpass on the opposite side of the jersey barrier. My radar detector did not even signal. I think he used some sort of markings to time my speed. I got nailed for just a measly 5 MPH over the limit. (65 in a 60 zone – $93.00)

I got nailed here in 2007 exactly as you described it. I asked and he said he timed me.
