I was stop on highway 79 in Dover Tn, by an officer coming from the opposite direction. She told me that I was speeding going 63 on a 45 mph road. She stated that I was clocked by radar a mile back. I was going with the flow of traffic on an unfamiliar 4-lane highway in a business area where the speed limit was well below safe traffic speed and the flow of traffic was not 45 mph… However I was targeted and stopped and fined..
