State Highway Kam Highway, Southbound
Going southbound on Kamehameha Highway, after passing Wheeler AAF, once you start going down the hill, there is an intersection that you come up on, which is Waikalani Drive. Hidden on the left, near some bushes you can always find HPD hidded up there. The reason why you wont see them coming down is because of the overhanging trees, however from their vantage point, they can spot you way up on the top of the hill. SLOW down, since there is where they will get you!

Actually they hide on the right side at the bottom of the hill right after Da Bus Stop. I live near there and they work this spot day and nights, mostly on weekends but many time during the week also.
How they can tell your car from a group of cars coming downhill at night is beyond me. It looks only like a sea of lights coming down the hill. The momentum of your car will cause you to speed up coming down hill so be alert and slow down just after starting down the hill.
