HPD waits in the scenic lookout, that overlooks Nuuanu Cemetery (where the giant Pagoda stands).
Beware, because you don’t see them because there is a bend in the highway and trees.
Speed limit is 35 MPH in this section, which is hard to do because you’re driving downhill, and everyone else is speeding.
