State Route 45E
Going thru Milan north-south on 45E, watch for all areas of the city to be posted at 30 mph, even if there are four lanes and a center turning lane. Radar used and strictly enforced.

They have the smallest speed limit signs I have ever seen. The officer had to point it out to me.
Just maybe they can write enough tickets to make sure there is no taxes to be paid in the city. You could do just like me, I no longer go to Milan or spend any money there. The ticket money will have to do the job as for as I am concerned.
I still don't know what the City had to do to get the four lane to go thru town instead of bypassing it.
If they had they would have just anexected it in so they could write tickets. You would think that they would lay off the police and keep one part time. Then they could get robo cops to send out tickets and the one left could sign them.
