They have changed the road all around in the last 3-4 years with the new Rt 50 going in. When coming towards Parkersburg on Rt 47, after passing the underpass ( Rt 50), the speed suddenly drops from 40 to 25! there is a sign but not that visible and the police are almost Always there (usually on the left side of the road, either where the public fishing access is or in the parking lot right past it where the old plant is).
