State Route 9 East near Light near Borders
Heading east on Rte. 9 in Shrewsbury, as you pass the light where Borders Books is on your left, you go down a large hill. The speed limit drops from 55 to 40 here, and a Shrewsbury mountie is usually on the right in a business parking lot.
