State Route 9 near Exit Number 10 Southbound
There is an emergency break in the barrier, and quite often there is at least one bear pointing in either direction. It is not uncommon to see two pointing at opposite lanes. The spot is inbetween two hills and by the time you see them they will have already got a reading off of you. Occasionally, PM Rush Hour
