Sterling Ave. just north of library by train tracks
There is a hidden driveway on Sterling at the far north end of the commuter lot. Can’t see the squad at all until it’s too late as it’s well hidden by bushes. Speed limit is 25 and he watches not only for speed but for the STOP sign in front of the library.
