Stubbeman Avenue (Between Robinson & Rock Creek Road)

Norman, OklahomaFeb 20, 20111 Comments

This area is both a residential area and a school zone for Norman North High. The posted speed limit is 25 mph. Cops have a tendency of hiding out in neighborhood streets, driveways of people’s houses, and also the church parking lots. This is a favorite spot for Norman Police to pull over mostly high school students either leaving or going to school.

Comments:
The speed limit going north is actually 35mph, but the speed limit going south is 25mph. That's part of why this is a blatant speed trap. There's no other reason to have a higher speed limit for people taking their kids to school, but then a lower one for when they leave after dropping their kids off.
