Driving down this very steep, winging hill, the speed changes from 50 to 35. Immediately after that sign, RPD frequently stations multiple motorcycles with radar/laser on the residential streets to catch eastbound traffic coming down this hill. Usually people are trying their best to decelerate down to 35 from 50 when they are caught, probably doing around 45 at very short notice. It is impossible to see the units coming down the hill, they are well hidden. Have seen them weekdays, weekends and federal holidays with much regularity.
