Talant road between apison pike and mcdonald road
This out in the country you think but it is still in the city limits and is 35 mph. Most anywhere in collegedale city limits is 35 mph and most of it looks like country roads. They was motorcycles also.

Further more, on Tallent just beyond McDonald road, the speed limit suddenly changes to 30mph for about 1/2 to 1 mile up to Johnston Rd. The police love to roam that area, knowing that motorists will miss the 30mph change!
