Tampa Avenue near State Highway 118
Southbound on Tampa Avenue, south of the 118 Freeway. Its a downhill, three lane wide avenue, that curves. Always high speed traffic. At the end of downhill section, radar is pointed upwards at unsuspecting downhillers. speed limit is 40mph, but average speed is 50+.
