Tavern Road
This is a section of road that goes from a 35 mph zone down to a 25 mph zone. It is a relatively straight stretch of roadway and there is no need for the speed limit to be reduced except only to make money for the city coffers. Cop car usually sits in a business parking lot along the side of the roadway and nabs you just as you crest the hill.
