The Chippenham Parkway–between Parham and Huguenot Roads and over the Willey Bridge
Between Parham and Huguenot Roads (where the Willey Bridge is), the Chippenham Parkway is an expressway, but the speed limit is 45 instead of 55. A lot of people don’t notice and think they won’t get pulled for going 60–try to watch your speed here, especially since speeding on a bridge carries extra fines in Virginia.

Yeah just got nailed there last night. Keeping up with the pace of traffic, in right lane, was going 58. Didnt realize it, and porky pig wrote me up. Visiting from North Carolina, spotless record, was hoping he would let me off with a warning, but hes gotta meet his ticket quota. Now I gotta miss 2 days of work and drive 5 hours back here for court. Awesome. Its near impossible to drive 45 there. No business or residential areas around, why dont they raise the limit to 55???
