Thousand Oaks
There are actually 2 spots on Thousand Oaks that I have observed. The first one is in front of the library. The officer will park in the center median and catch you coming over the hill. The second is about 1 mile down the road. The officer will be parked (parallel) behind a trailer used for aluminum recycling (it’s the parking lot in front of Midnight Rodeo). I have picked up K-Band in both areas.
