Throgs Neck Bridge Expressway heading north to I95
About .25 mile after the Throgs Neck Bridge on the Bronx side as you’re heading north to I95, cars try to make up for lost time on the bridge in the morning and speed towards a cruiser parked on the right hand side by the Randall Ave exit. Keep it under 60 mph!
