Yes, this is an active one..almost has the appearance of an abandoned car...sitting on the median..apparently looking at Southbound (headed for airport or Naples) traffic...I saw it there early morning on Tues and on Wed this week..
Does Florida Statutes allow for police cars to park in the median?
