Tuscarora Road near Near Chittenango Creak Bridge west side of bridge
Tuscarora is a convenient shortcut to bypass a large section of Rt. 5 through Chittenango. Much of the road is deserving of it’s posted 30mph speed limit due to narrow (or non-existant) shoulders and residential nature. Unfortunatly this is not the part that they patrol.
They patrol two portions, one near the bolivar road/lake street intersection, and another near the chittenango creek bridge. These two portions of the road have no houses along them, and are long straight portions, as well as downhill portions. Because of this your natural tendancy is to speed up (slightly)…and improve village revenue.
