Tx 320 East
Sits besides city limit sign in the middle of the night with his lights off. Cant fight the tickets because he tags on "exceed Prima Facie limit at time and place for that type vehicle" I was slowing down gently with a trailer at 1:30 AM. Nobody else on the road. This is a no warning ticket everybody and everything town.

Once you do get a bogus citation it appears that from that point on every time you go through there you be escorted. Makes a person wonder if they don't have anything better to do.
