City and county likes to sit in the center median mostly early in the morning and after dark. They tend to hide in the Walker Jones parking lot after dark but you can find them hiding anywhere between the new car dealerships to the state patrol office. The city tends to stop the people coming in to town from Jacksonville, FL that’s the north bound lanes. County targets the south bound lanes.
